Shipping Policy

If your order is placed before noon, it will be shipped out the same day (assuming stock availability) and should be delivered the next day. Usual TAT for the delivery is 1-2 working days and we try to best to deliver the next working day if the order is placed post 12:00pm.

If you are located within the United Arab Emirates & your ordered items are in stock, you will receive your products within 1-2 working days. If your items are not in stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you about expected delivery times.

Delivery fee if applicable will be shown in the payment confirmation page.

Return & Refund

At luxurist.ae, it is our intention and vision that your satisfaction is our success and to ensure we do all it takes that our customers are satisfied. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.

We do offer a full refund of the product value if you are not satisfied with the purchase/product. (No refund for the shipping fees).

All products must be returned to us, unused and with all tags attached and in the same original condition of the box and packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), you may exchange with any other product(s): • of the same value; or • of a greater value, in which case you will have to pay the price difference at the time of the exchange.

NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

All returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging intact. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

The Luxurist Gel Wax overhauls candle making as it provides a transparent medium for creative and sophisticated candles. This high-end gel wax allows you to create standout, transparent candles with a touch of warmth and creativity that suits any ambience.

Description: Gel wax is a translucent wax with the consistency of jelly, rubbery compound composed of mineral oil and polymer resin; capable of burning almost twice as long as paraffin wax candles. Gel wax is only to be used as a container wax. Due to the clarity of the wax, it is common to find gel candles with embeds inside, such as sliced dried fruits, small glass ornaments, glitter or anything that won't melt at a temperature lower than the wax.

Recommended Fragrance Load: 6% Max

Recommended heating temperature:- 110°C

Flash Point :- Above 225°C

Note: Gel wax has a higher melt point than paraffin wax and should be melted in a pot over direct heat. It does tend to bubble whilst melting, to avoid this heat the wax to a temperature in excess of 110 °C

Ingredients: Mineral Oil and Thermoplastic Elastomers.
